Warranty Coverage
- All Kensington Audio cartridges are supplied with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues only.
- It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear of replaceable parts (such as stylus tips), or unauthorised modifications.
To ensure your warranty is activated, please retain your proof of purchase and register your product through our online registration portal.
Repairs & Servicing
For those unfortunate moments when your cartridge suffers accidental damage, or if your cartridge is outside of its warranty period, Kensington Audio offers a specialist Repair & Service programme.
Our repair service includes:
- Inspection & assessment by our skilled technicians.
- Quotation for repair or rebuild before any work begins.
- Servicing using original components, ensuring performance that meets Kensington Audio standards.
Every repaired cartridge undergoes the same rigorous testing process as a new product to ensure it is returned to you in the best possible condition.
How to Arrange a Repair
Contact us at info@kensingtonaudio.co.uk with your cartridge model and a description of the issue.
We will provide instructions on how to return your cartridge for assessment.
Once inspected, we’ll advise whether a repair is possible and provide a quotation.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of cartridges to us for repair. Risk of loss or damage in transit remains with the customer until the cartridges are received by us. Customers must therefore ensure cartridges are sent via a fully insured, tracked service, and must retain proof of postage and tracking confirmation. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged before they reach us.
